Perintin cottage is an old lovingly restored orchard house located in the probably most beautiful and tranquil corners of the Ricote Valley. Within the protected area of the Ricote Hills, it is just a few meters from the River Segura at the foot of the spectacular Rocky Cliffs of El Chinte, a protected area. It is on La Era de Oxox organic farm estate and as such you can feel free to join in picking fruit and vegetables and lend a hand on the farm.

The Cottage is light, cosy and tranquil. It has a totally equipped kitchen, wood-burning stove, a quiet light courtyard sheltered beneath the hill, garage, and fantastic views of the orchard, the

hills and the river. It is perfect for 1-4 people. Well behaved pets are welcome.
